NBI suspends AdsZens' Paid-To-Click (PTC) Advertising Program
AdsZens Vice President Joebert Gayo himself admits that the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) demands to stop its PTC.|

So, it means AdsZens company is operating a PTC illegally.
And PTC is not included on the primary and secondary purposes of AdsZens' Articles of Incorporation as what Gayo meant to say, "magkakaroon po tayo ng amendment po sa SEC...secondary purpose...for legalities".
So, AdsZens will file just right now an amendment to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to include PTC on their secondary purpose.
A request to file an Amendment of Articles of Incorporation to SEC would look like this:
Lesson to Be Learned
Before you invest in a network marketing (MLM) or any investment company, make sure that its business activities are included on the primary and secondary purposes of its Articles of Incorporation. If not, then that company is operating its business activity illegally.
If a company is operating a business activity not covered on its primary or secondary purposes, that company is violating Section 45 of the Corporation Code of the Philippines: "Ultra vires acts of corporations." which states,
